Staffing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various clients and positions
- Utilize applicant tracking system
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
- Process candidates via onboarding and payroll
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Collaborate with branch team to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
-Promotion to Senior Staffing Specialist within 3-6 months based on performance
Staffing Specialist Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced setting
-Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee evaluation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
